Android N Developer Preview can be installed on two variants of Sony Xperia Z3 - D6603 And D6653. Preliminary firmware based on the new Android can be obtained through Xperia Companion or through FlashTool by flashing the phone yourself.
To do this, you need to have FTF firmware images with you. Luckily, you can download it from the links below. The firmware has the same build number NPC91K, but there are differences between the versions for D6603 and D6653.
