Change the owner of the beeline number personal account. Reissuing a Beeline SIM card with and without the owner of the number

For example, Megafon uses a SIM card that was issued to another person. The copyright holder does not control its ownership under the condition of constant replenishment of the account and when using services without the formation of debts. But as soon as they are tied to this SIM card, electronic wallets are implemented, then the renewal of the Megafon SIM card becomes necessary condition to ensure the financial security of the user.

There is a strictly defined procedure for reissuing a SIM card to another person, in which rights are transferred from one owner to another. This is where the complexity lies. If a SIM card was bought in a "transition" or any other unofficial place, then the person can only be content with the opportunity to use it, while constantly replenishing the balance of the phone and making sure that there is no debt. Such cases are rare and possible when a person has problems with a passport, and a telephone is needed for communication. Often a husband and wife use SIM cards issued for some reason to each other.

Let's consider the main stages and ways of reissuing a Megafon number for yourself. The simplest and most acceptable option is a personal visit to the office with the passports of the cardholder and his user. Then an application for the transfer of ownership rights is filled in Megafon. In the absence of a SIM card holder, a notarized power of attorney will be required to carry out a reissuance transaction.

Attention! If the mobile phone number was registered to a relative - husband / wife - then in the event of his / her death or accident, you should not apply until the moment of entry. The number will be permanently blocked. It is better to replenish and maintain a positive balance.

How to reissue a Megafon number without an owner?

In the event of the death of the owner of the SIM card, providing a death certificate and entering into an inheritance is not enough. There is a high probability of being refused by Megafon Company. But with due perseverance, you can achieve a reissuance of a SIM card by providing the following package of documents:

  • Several printouts recent months messages and calls proving heavy use of the number.
  • A set of card packaging with a box, a plastic base for a SIM card.
  • Accompanying documents to the contract or information card.
  • When paying by card for purchases or utility bills, provide a printout of all outgoing transactions.
  • Your passport.

The application should be written in the Megafon salon.

Get detailed information you can also go to the Megafon website and select your region:

  • Go to the questions section on the topics SIM card, tariff, number.
  • Find a question about reissuing the contract to another person.
  • Below will be the cost of the service at 150 rubles.
  • To avoid being denied support, select the appropriate item.
  • Describe the problem in as much detail as possible and ask questions.

Be sure to leave your contact information, phone number, and email address for a response. In addition, you can get any information by contacting the contact center by phone 0500.

If you receive a refusal at the nearest Megafon communication salon, then with the same package of documents you should contact the central office of the city and insist on the need to re-register. A serious argument may be linking a bank card to this SIM card and informing about payments. When purchasing SIM cards on the street or in organizations, you should check with the Megafon seller for a power of attorney for legal entities to provide such a service. This precaution will help.

Conclusion

You should not buy "left cards" and, with the active use of someone else's SIM card, try to find the time and reissue it without any problems at the company's office.

Question: What is needed to reissue the Beeline number to yourself if the SIM card is issued to another person? I have been using the Beeline number for several years, although the SIM card is registered with another person, now I want to keep the number, do I need to look for the owner of the number or can I register the SIM card without him?

Answer: Now many subscribers use Beeline numbers registered in other people's names. It happens that they bought a Beeline SIM card somewhere in the subway or in stores where they sell it cheaper than in the office. Beeline stores or offices or when buying thought that you would use the number for a short time and then just throw it away. As a result, when you have been using the same SIM card for several years and all your friends and relatives know your number, you already start to wonder if it is worth changing your SIM card to a new one that no one knows. It is especially worth thinking about reissuing a SIM card for those who use their number in their business, imagine what will happen if you lose your phone or the SIM card itself deteriorates, then you will lose all your customers who contact you by phone. In any case, it is urgent change the owner of the Beeline number by issuing a SIM card for yourself Beeline still gives you such an opportunity.

To register the Beeline number that you use, you do not even need to look for the owner of the number, you just need to contact one of the Beeline offices in your city and fill out an application. The most important thing is that the SIM card itself is in working order to prove that it is you who use it, there is no debt, save 10 incoming calls, 10 outgoing calls and the date of the last 5 top-ups, and you will also be called by this number and talk about the time when you need to come to the Beeline office for a complete re-registration of the number.

So that keep your Beeline number which is issued to another person, you need to save 10 incoming calls, 10 outgoing calls and the date of the last 5 replenishment of the account and contact the nearest Beeline office, taking your passport, the Beeline SIM card that you want to reissue and do not forget to pay the debt if any. Then fill out the application, nothing complicated and wait until you are contacted and invited to come to the office to complete the re-registration. Usually you need to wait for six months until you get a call from the office or send an SMS message, I waited half a year. Previously, changing the owner of a Beeline number was free, now the cost of reissuing a SIM card on the site is 50 rubles, but I think this is not a big price for those who want to keep their number for themselves.

How much I want to go and get a number for myself and not how I won’t get there. Probably when the sim card goes bad then I'll start to regret that I didn't re-register in time.

Good afternoon

The situation is difficult, but not hopeless. You can try to restore the card.

Of course, a lot here depends on the mobile operator, but you didn’t specify it (MTS, Megafon, Beeline or Tele2).

Regarding denial: It often happens that not very competent people sit in communication salons, while they compensate for the lack of knowledge with arrogance and unreasonable confidence in their rightness. I do not want to offend anyone, there are often polite competent employees. If we get lucky.

I had a similar experience with MTS, so I'll use their example. This definitely works in Tele2, it is necessary to clarify about other operators.

Replacement of a SIM card with the subsequent change of the owner of the number

MTS has such a service - "Replacing a SIM card with a subsequent change of owner of the number." How it works:

  1. You contact the operator's communication salon and write a special application. If one of the offices does not accept such an application, call the customer support service (0890 for MTS) in front of them. Usually, with this turn of events, office employees become accommodating, and everything is done quickly.
  2. A scan of your application is sent to the central office, where it is reviewed by specialists and the procedure for changing ownership is initiated.
  3. MTS sends a letter to the contact details of the person to whom the number is issued.
  4. If there is no answer within 6 months, or the owner of the number agrees, the number is issued to you.
  5. All these 6 months you can safely use the number, although it is issued and not for you.

If something doesn't work for you, write in the comments to this answer. I will definitely help you.

Is your SIM card, which you have been using for a long time, registered to another person? For example, your boyfriend once bought it for you, with whom you broke up a long time ago. You don’t want to change the number, because it is familiar to all your friends, colleagues and relatives, or even worse, bank accounts are linked to it or it is listed as the main work phone number.

And using only a personal account is not enough and you need to contact the support service by calling the operator or personally visit the salon. For example, to block a number in case of loss or replacement of a card if it breaks. This is where the SIM card holder will face some difficulties. By phone, the operator will certainly need the owner's passport data, which, most likely, you will not be able to name. And when visiting the Beeline salon in person, the owner's passport in the original is required.

The best solution in such a situation would be to re-register the SIM card for yourself. In addition, there are other reasons why it is worth reissuing a SIM card for yourself.

  • The cardholder according to the documents has full access to the funds in the account of the current holder. Therefore, at any time, you can use them for your own purposes. For example, the Beeline operator provides such an opportunity as withdrawing money to a bank account.
  • The official owner has the right to block the phone number by calling the operator's hotline. In this case, you will be left without communication, without even realizing it right away.
  • Connection of any services to your phone number, including paid ones. You never know what the rightful owner of the SIM card wants to do?

Always after buying a SIM card in a non-specialized Beeline salon, check its owner. So you protect yourself from unscrupulous sellers and scammers. If it turns out that its real owner is another person, immediately reissue the card to yourself.

What you need to replace the owner of a SIM card

Previously, it was possible to change the owner of a Beeline SIM card only at the operator's offices. Now, since the spring of 2018, the service has been provided online through Personal Area client.

What should the current owner do?

To reissue a Beeline subscriber number to another person, the owner must:

  1. In advance, on the official website of the operator, find a sample application for the provision of this service. Print it out and fill in all the points correctly.
  2. After the application is made, it must be signed. If the card belongs to an individual, then a simple signature is sufficient. If the number is registered with the company, then the application must be signed by the director of the LLC and the wet seal of the company or the abbreviation "B / P" if the charter allows you to work without a seal.
  3. An important condition for the change of ownership SIM cards is the absence of debts on the account. Therefore, check the balance in advance, and if there is an outstanding trust payment then pay for it. You can check the status of the subscriber's account for today by calling the phone number: 0628.
  4. The application has been drawn up, the balance has been withdrawn from the minus, now we go directly to the Beeline branch. Provided that the current owner of the number is in the form of an individual, the presence of two parties is required. In this case, the new SIM owner can visit the operator's office later.

What should the new owner do?

The process of reissuing a SIM card and from a new user requires some actions:

  1. Simultaneously with the current owner of the SIM card, come to the salon of the Beeline operator. If this is not possible, no big deal. You can approach after a real Beeline client has already applied for a change of card owner.
  2. Confirm with your signature the contract for the provision of services by the operator. How do you agree to the legitimacy of the transaction.
  3. The service of re-registration of the owner is paid. Therefore, a guaranteed payment to the account of the number is overgrown. You can deposit money directly at the office at the cash desk or through the multi-cash desk. And also do it in advance with a bank card or in another way convenient for you. Money is withdrawn by post-payment after the complete completion of the user change operation.

Required documents

To re-register, you will need documents such as:

  1. Application for re-registration of a SIM card from the actual owner. If the owner is a private person, then the application is certified by his signature, if the owner is a legal entity - by the signature of the director of the company and a wet seal.
  2. Passport. When changing the owner of the number, an identity document will be required from both the current user and the future one.
  3. In the event that a trustee acts as the future or current owner of the SIM, an appropriate document for the right to sign is submitted. As well as a passport of a trusted person.
  4. A signed contract for the provision of Beeline services to the new owner. If New user is legal entity, then take the company's documents with you, namely: a registration certificate, a confirmation of the company's tax registration and, of course, the director's passport.

The new owner of the Beeline SIM-card must be an adult. Otherwise, the operator will be forced to refuse to reissue the number.

How to re-register a Beeline SIM card for yourself without an owner

It is best, of course, when applying for a SIM card for yourself, take the previous owner with you. But what if this is not possible?

Lack of access to the salon cellular communication with the actual owner of the number can be for several reasons:

  • Severance of relations and loss of all contacts;
  • Moving to another city or even region;
  • Buying a SIM card is not at the operator's office, but somewhere else. For example, in large cities, almost at every turn you can meet sellers of various cell numbers. But it is best not to take such SIM cards initially;
  • Death of the previous owner of the phone.

In the absence of the real owner of the SIM card under the contract, the Beeline operator provides the service of reissuing the number to itself with some nuances. This procedure will take much longer. It will take the mobile operator at least six months to make sure that the cardholder does not request his rights to it. Otherwise, the transaction may be invalidated at any time, which will create unnecessary problems.

Such a procedure requires a little more preparation than just bringing the owner to the office. So, you need:

  1. Store 10 incoming and outgoing calls on your phone. The presence of a small dialogue in the form of SMS will be an advantage when approving the application for the SIM re-registration procedure.
  2. Keep receipts for replenishing your SIM card account. It can be both bank electronic receipts and checks from a multi-cash desk. To request the service, five last confirmations are enough that it was you who paid the bill mobile phone.
  3. Come to the office mobile operator where to fill out an application for a change of ownership without the presence of a second person. Also, the application form can be downloaded in advance from the Beeline official website and filled out at home. The request is signed by the future owner of the number. A receipt for payment is also attached. mobile communications. You must have your passport with you.
  4. After submitting a package of documents, expect a call from the operator. You will be informed of the status of your application. Most likely, it will be approved and implemented within the next six months. In some cases, this operation is denied, then the reasons for the refusal will be explained to you. It may be possible to eliminate them and reapply. Or you will have to give up your phone number, for example, if the actual owner showed up according to the documents.

If you have any questions, please contact Beeline at hotline 8 800 700-06-11, where to explain everything to you in more detail.

The cost of the renewal service

As mentioned earlier, the service of reissuing the owner of a Beeline SIM card is paid. To complete this procedure, you need to pay 50 rubles. More precisely, this amount must be deposited on the balance of your phone, from where the money will be written off in the future.

Statement. Where to get and how to fill

An application form and a sample of its filling can be requested directly at the nearest Beeline mobile operator office. But if you do not have enough time and would like to do it in advance, then the request form is always freely available for download on the official website of the company.

Go to the official Beeline website, go to the Help section, where you select the Mobile Beeline tab. Next, follow the subsection of SIM cards and numbers, here look for the item "Change of owner". You will see all available information on the provision of this service, as well as two links to download the application for individuals and corporate clients.

There are also tips on how to fill out the form correctly. You need to download it and write all the points by hand. Sign at the end.

When visiting the office to apply for a SIM card re-registration, ask the employee for a copy of the application. So you will be calm that the document will not be lost after a long waiting time.

How to change passport data in a Beeline agreement

As you can see, changing the passport data in the Beeline agreement is not difficult. It only takes a little time and a minimum amount to pay for the service. But what if the current or new cardholder is a legal entity?

For corporate clients

The procedure for reissuing a SIM card to another person, provided that one of the owners is a legal entity or for some reason uses a tariff for a corporate client, is slightly different. For example, such a service may be required in the event of a dismissal or change of position, where an employee decides to re-register his phone number to the owner of the company or a new employee.

In principle, the process of changing the owner in the Beeline agreement is no different from the standard procedure between individuals. But the package of documents submitted to the operator's office is somewhat larger:

  1. Identification document of the real owner of the sim.
  2. Application for change of ownership.
  3. The power of attorney of the company, where the authority of the director is prescribed, to sign on behalf of the legal entity.
  4. A document confirming the state registration of the company.
  5. Certificate of tax registration of a legal entity.

Since May of that year, Beeline has simplified the procedure for reissuing numbers. Now you can fill out and send an application through the official website of the operator. By attaching a scan of your passport and other necessary documents.

Content Topics

In most cases, people use the numbers registered on them. However, it happens that our phones have SIM cards issued to third parties: parents, wives, husbands, acquaintances, etc.

At the same time, subscribers calmly use other people's numbers, but only until they have to turn to the operator's office for help, where they will be asked to confirm their right to a SIM card by presenting a passport. And if you are not the owner of the SIM card, then they will refuse to change the tariff, give account details, issue a duplicate of the lost SIM card, etc.

That is why, for those who use numbers issued to third parties, it is better not to be too lazy and re-register them for themselves. The procedure for this operation directly depends on your situation and the circumstances under which you received the number. And today we will tell you about ways to reissue a SIM card in your name.

Situation number 1: if the owner is ready to participate in the re-registration of "sim cards"

It often happens that a person uses a SIM card issued to one of the relatives. Such situations arise when parents buy a phone for a teenager child, or one of the spouses draws up both "sim cards" in his name.

In any case, if you decide to re-register the number for yourself, and its official owner can come to the office with you mobile operator, then this situation is the simplest.

All you need to do is to arrive at the mobile operator's customer service center, present your passports and write the appropriate applications. The only thing is that before the visit, be sure to top up the balance of the phone, since the transfer to another owner of the number from negative balance- not possible. Behind this service you will have to pay. The amount depends on the operator: 340 rubles in MTS, 50 rubles in Beeline and 150 rubles in Megafon.

There is also a way out if at the time of reissuing the SIM card the official owner of the number is in another city. In this situation, you do not have to wait for his return. This person must go with a passport to any subscriber service center of this operator, including locality, where he is located, and draw up a special application / power of attorney there. After that, you can contact the office of this company already in your city (also with a passport!) And reissue the SIM card in your name.

Situation number 2: if the owner cannot or does not want to participate in the renewal of the SIM card

It also happens that a person who uses a SIM card registered to another person cannot count on the help of the owner of the number. Perhaps the SIM card was originally issued to a stranger, or it was registered to an ex-husband who cannot be asked for a favor, or to one of the friends with whom contact is now lost.

This is already a “hard case” and in such a situation, not every operator will meet you and give you the opportunity to reissue the number.

Such a service is provided, for example, by Beeline. True, in this case, you will have to prove that you are in fact the actual owner of the number.

To re-register a SIM card for yourself, you must meet several conditions:

  • In person (having a passport with you), contact the customer service office and declare your desire to reissue the SIM card in your name;
  • Maintain a positive balance on it;
  • Store at least 10 outgoing and incoming calls in the phone's memory;
  • Know exactly the dates and amounts of the last five replenishments of the account and have payment documents on hand. At the same time, if you have been paying for a mobile phone from your bank card or personal account for a long time e-wallet, this will also help prove that you are the owner of the number;
  • Also, you will have to agree that you can receive calls from employees of the Beeline mobile operator and answer them.

All these actions of the cellular company are aimed at ensuring that its employees can make sure that you really use the number and pay the expenses on this personal account.

In this case, the operator may put forward other, additional conditions.

Situation #3: If the owner of the number has died

In the event of the death of the person for whom the SIM card was issued, a different procedure is provided for its re-registration. In this situation, the heir must drive to the office of the cellular company. He must have a passport with him, a certificate of death of the owner of the number (original) and a certificate confirming his right to inherit the property of the deceased. After that, employees of the company providing cellular services will ask you to fill out an appropriate application, according to which the right to use a SIM card will be transferred to you.

Here the question may arise: “What if you use the number, but do not inherit from a deceased relative?”. Let's say your SIM card was issued to an aunt, and her property goes to the spouse of the deceased, and not to you. In this situation, you can ask the husband of the deceased to issue a SIM card for himself, and then re-register it for you, as described in the first method.

If it is impossible to reissue a SIM card

If your number is issued to a person who cannot or does not want to help you re-register it, and if the operator does not provide a service for accepting a “unilateral” application for reissuing a SIM card, you will no longer be able to officially become its owner.

All that remains for you in this situation is either to change the number, or try to solve all the problems that arise without the help of a mobile operator.

This is where the "Personal Account" service will help you. By logging in to your page on the official website of the company, you will be able to independently change tariff plans, receive any details from the account, connect and disconnect services, in general, fully manage your number.

True, in case of loss of a SIM card, you will no longer be able to get a duplicate of it, so take care of your SIM card like the apple of your eye.

Thus, it turns out that most often, customers of mobile operators still have the opportunity to reissue the SIM cards they use, but this can not be done in all cases.

Therefore, try not to use a number issued to another person without a good reason. And if, due to some circumstances, you were not able to purchase a SIM card yourself, and someone else did it for you, then castling as soon as possible and issue it to yourself in order to avoid problems and hassle in the future.

Have you had situations when you used SIM cards issued to third parties? How did you solve such a problem? Write answers in the comments!

Sometimes it is necessary to re-register a mobile phone number for a new user. This is quite simple to do using the company's customer support department. To do this, the subscriber needs to visit the nearest center [...]

When changing employees in the office, it is advisable to re-register the corporate mobile number for a new subscriber.

In this case, the user will need to personally visit the Beeline company salon and take with him the client for whom the re-registration will be carried out.

This is the case when the re-registration concerns an individual.

But when reissuing a mobile number to a legal entity, it is enough for a new subscriber to come and take with him an already completed application from the previous owner, which will be certified by the company's seal.

To reissue a mobile number, you will need a passport.

The procedure itself does not take much time, you will have to wait in line for a company employee who will re-register the user.

This service is provided to all subscribers who wish to re-register the owner of the number, and it does not matter on which tariff plan he had served before.

The only important point is that the number should not have debts.

How to reissue a number on Beeline

In order to re-register your mobile number to another user, you need to go through a number of simple procedures.

For everything to happen quickly, you should follow the instructions below:

  1. First you need to call the number of the Beeline operator and clarify the possibility of transferring your number to a new subscriber, while inquiring about the presence of debt on your account. If there is one, it must be paid off and only after that proceed to the next step.
  2. Visit the nearest customer service center, the addresses of which can be found on the official website of the company. You must have a passport with you and take a second user, to whom the number will be reissued. After that, the employees will draw up a new contract. The cost of providing this service is 50 rubles.
  3. If the subscriber was served on a postpaid system, then he should replenish his account on the spot for the next period

The renewal procedure itself does not take much time. Therefore, it makes no sense to allocate a whole day for it.

List of documents required for reissuing a Beeline number

This procedure requires some documents from the subscriber in order to re-register his number to another subscriber.

It all depends on which person the subscriber's mobile number was issued before.

If on individual, then in this case two passports and a statement from the previous owner of the mobile number will be enough.

If this is a legal entity, then in this case you will need a passport, a power of attorney from the organization to conclude an agreement, a copy of the certificate of registration of the legal entity, a copy of tax registration.

All this package of documents can be taken from the head of the company.

Among Beeline subscribers, there is still a huge number of people whose phones have SIM cards inserted in the name of another person or organization. These subscribers successfully use cellular services until the need arises to contact technical support for help. To resolve some issues, a Beeline employee will require you to provide the passport details of the true owner, which will not work. There is only one way out - to re-register the Beeline SIM card for yourself.

Re-registration from a legal entity

The question of how to re-register a telephone number from one legal entity to another (legal or physical) is of interest to many. In accordance with the regulations, it will not be possible to re-register via the Internet (Personal Account) or over the phone. Changing the owner of the number is possible only at the Beeline office. The cost of the service is 50 rubles.

Instruction for clients

First of all, the organization that is the real owner of the number checks and, if necessary, repays the debt under the Agreement for the provision of telecommunications services. Then the representative of the organization fills out the form "Application for renewal of the contract", after which he certifies it with the signature of the director and company seal. After that, the application must be transferred to one of the Beeline customer service centers. This can be done by the future owner of the number, since the personal presence of the present owner is not necessary.

All that is required of the future owner to reissue a SIM card is to send a representative from his company to the Beeline office to sign an Agreement with a mobile operator and thus register a SIM for a new legal entity.

Required documents

If the successor organization of the number already has a contract with Beeline, then it is enough for the representative to take with him a passport and a power of attorney authorizing the conclusion of the Agreement.

If the number successor organization does not have a contract with Beeline, then the representative must take the following documents along with a passport and a power of attorney:

  • the original and a copy of the Certificate of state registration of a legal entity;
  • the original and a copy of the Certificate of registration of the legal entity with the tax authority.

In the course of reissuing a SIM card, an employee of a cellular company may request other documents confirming the legal status of the organization. Therefore, before visiting the communication salon, it is better to consult by phone 0611 or 8-800-700-0611.

Changing the physical owner of a SIM card

Regardless of whether the SIM card was bought from a street entrepreneur, received as a gift or purchased by one of the relatives, it must be rewritten in your name. This is the only way to get a full range of services from a mobile operator. The cost of re-registration to another individual is 50 rubles. The procedure itself can take several days, as it requires verification of data about its owner and the financial condition of the number. In this regard, it is recommended to notify the operator of your plans in advance by calling 0611 or 8-800-700-0611.

Instructions for new and existing clients

As in the case of a legal entity, you can reissue a phone number to another individual at any of the Beeline offices. At the same time, both subscribers are required to visit the nearest representative office of the company, but they can do this on different days and even on different regions countries.

The current owner of the Beeline SIM card must come to the office and write an application in the approved form. The application form can be downloaded and printed in advance on the official website of the operator in order to come to the office with the documents already completed. From this moment on, you need to make sure that the balance of the number does not go into the negative zone until the re-registration procedure is completed. If there is a debt, it should be paid off as soon as possible.

The new owner of the SIM-card should also come to the nearest office to sign the Contract for the provision of communication services.

Attention! In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, a power of attorney allowing re-registration of a number without the personal presence of an existing client cannot be issued to a new client. In other words, only a third party can act as a fiduciary.

Required documents

During a personal visit to the subscriber department, both new and current client it is enough to have a passport with you. If the real owner cannot appear, then another person must represent his interests with his passport and a notarized power of attorney.

Re-issuance without the presence of the owner of the SIM card

Subscribers who, without malicious intent, wish to re-register a telephone number to themselves without the participation of its owner, can only be sympathized with. The fact is that on Beeline it is impossible to change the owner of a SIM card without the mutual consent of the two parties. Especially if the number is linked to bank card and various internet services.
