Or a new Smart Top, it comes with the cheapest "Time Rate" MGTS for 205 rubles. it's straight up begging. However, Smart Top is not provided in the "grocery basket" at all.

In general, I suggest to an inquisitive user to carefully calculate everything within the strict framework of “complex” tariffs. To understand whether the declared savings justify the losses from the suboptimal components of the "food basket".
