All documents circulating in the STEK-TRUST system are signed with an electronic signature and, where required, encrypted with certified cryptographic information protection tools (CIPF).
Purpose
The STEK-Trust system is intended for:
- reporting legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, individuals to government agencies in electronic form via the Internet;
- reconciliations with the IFTS for settlements with the budget (request for an information statement);
- exchange of letters, requests and other documents with inspectors of the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate, Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and other state bodies (non-formalized document flow);
- organization of secure non-formalized electronic document management between system subscribers;
- signing files with an electronic signature;
- exchange of invoices in electronic form between subscribers of the system.
Description
The program works with a local database, which stores all sent and received documents, as well as service documents (protocols, notices, notices, etc.). All documents are stored in decrypted form with an electronic signature. Any document can be visualized and printed. The programs have convenient tools for searching, sorting and filtering data, so subscribers can always quickly and easily find the information they need.
The STEK-Trust software product is easy to use and configure. Basic installation and configuration operations are performed in automatic mode. The rest of the operations are performed in manual mode, they are easy to understand from the attached manual. If subscribers experience difficulties in setting up programs or working with them, the services of subscribers are offered the assistance of qualified service specialists technical support.
For client programs to work, one of the means is required cryptographic protection information: "Verba-OW", "CryptoPro" and "Domen-K". The STEK-Trust system has several security elements. Firstly, the entrance to the client programs is carried out with a password. Secondly, in programs it is required to specify the certificate of the electronic signature key. Without specifying the signature key certificate, the subscriber will not be able to send or receive correspondence, thus ensuring his authentication in the system.
The STEK-Trust software product fully meets the requirements of the law and has the necessary certificates and conclusions on the correctness of the integration of cryptographic information protection tools.
The system is intended exclusively for the transfer of previously prepared declarations (calculations, reports, documents). STEK-Trust does not prepare reporting forms. To prepare reporting forms, you can use any software that uploads reporting forms in an approved format.
